Q. ARE YOU SELLING GENUINE FACTORY (OEM) PARTS AND ACCESSORIES?
Yes, the parts listed in our Parts Fische are genuine Factory OEM parts. There are genuine accessories catalog on the catalogs page ( http://www.flatoutmotorcycles.com/catalog.asp ) which includes genuine accessories from Kawasaki and Suzuki.
Q. DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL PRICING FOR MOTORCYCLE SHOPS/BUSINESSES?
Yes, We have programs in place for those legitimate shops that need a reliable source for (OEM) parts. The Shop will have to provide proof of business and have qualifying orders to start out. Contact customer service for more details.
Q. DO YOU HAVE PARTS FOR OLDER BIKES?
Yes but we need to caution you, many of the older parts on the Parts Fische are no longer available (NLA). If you place an order with parts not available we will contact you to determine the order status. We ask that you submit a parts request or call to check the parts available for motorcycles 15 years or older. We can get these parts if they are still available from Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, BRP (Can-Am & Sea-Doo), or Polaris. If the parts needed are no longer available, there may be an aftermarket source that makes a replacement part for the discontinued item.
Q. IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED IMMEDIATELY WHEN I SUBMIT AN ORDER?
Online orders do not charge your credit card immediately. First, we verify the availability of the parts ordered from our website before charging the customer’s card. If all ordered parts are available, then the card is charged to continue the order process.
Q. WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED?
Your credit card is only charged after we’ve verified the parts within your order are available. We process the charges to the card then because this allows us to know if the customer has the available funds or credit to make the purchase. We have acquired too many slow moving parts due to attempting to process the charge after the order has been received in, only to find out the customer did not have the available funds for the purchase. This cuts down on the stocking costs, therefore keeping our prices below dealership prices. If the card is denied, we will contact you via email or by phone to let you know.
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail or phone call. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. In some cases an item may move to backorder status once ordered from Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, BRP (Can-Am & Sea-Doo), and Polaris. This is out of our control and we will allow you to cancel only the backordered item. If you wish to continue with the order and a part is on backorder, you will be charged for this backordered part at that time. This is the only way for us to secure the part from Manufactures.
Q. DO YOU HAVE ALL MY PARTS IN STOCK?
We stock the fastest selling 100 part numbers (SKU's) from our Manufactures. Any part number sold 4 times in one calender year is immediately put on our stocking list. Currently there are over 1 million part numbers from Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, BRP (Can-Am & Sea-Doo), and Polaris. It’s apparent we can’t stock 10 million dollars in parts inventory. In most cases there will be at least one item that will need to be ordered. By us keeping our stocking costs low, we are able to sell the parts at a very discounted price. This is commonly referred to as “Just in Time Inventory”.
Q. CAN I ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Unfortunately we are not able to add to an existing order. If additional parts are needed, give us a call or place an additional order online.
Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
In most instances, we receive ordered parts from Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, BRP (Can-Am & Sea-Doo), and Polaris within 2-5 business days. We do our best to ship your complete order the same day as the parts were received. You should receive your order within 5-10 business days from the date the order was placed.
Q. HOW DO I KNOW IF ANY OF MY PARTS ARE ON BACK ORDER OR DISCONTINUED?
We will contact you via email or by phone as soon as we find out if you have any parts on back order or have been discontinued. There are occasions that a part may be back ordered only temporarily. To keep costs down and prices low, we ship all orders complete unless there will be a longer delay due to back orders.
Q. HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders placed with FlatOutMotorcycles.Com are shipped through UPS and U.S Postal Service. Large orders and orders for frames, body panels, UTV plows etc. will be shipped via a freight trucking service. Additional shipping charges will be apply for “Oversized Freight” . These charges will not be present at the checkout, they added later as needed.
Q. DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
FlatOutMotorcycles.Com offers Next Day and Second Day shipping. But, the upgraded shipping can only be made once the parts have been received by us. Please put you request in the comments section of order process.
Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.?
Returned packages without a return number will be charged the return freight as well as additional freight back to the customer.
Q. HOW DO I GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER?
Return Authorization : Return Authorization can be requested by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number, known as "RTA" number and a copy of the invoice. We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any missing, defective, or damaged products. Original packaging in good condition: All non-damaged products must be original packaging (undisturbed). All products must be suitable to return to our supplier or resell. All products must be free from scratches, dents, tear, signs of wear, writing on package of any kind. No exceptions sorry. If FlatOutMotorcycles.Com receives your return with any damages or missing the original packaging the item will be rejected. You will be responsible for shipping to send back to you in the event your return is rejected for any reason.
