What's new for 2009, We have while you wait (no appointment needed) routine maintenance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4pm -6pm. While most dealers would have you drop off your unit and pick it up in a few days. We feel this is a real inconvenience to our customer to have to make two (2) trips to out store when it may be accomplished in one (1). We have four (3) experienced Techs dedicated to meeting your needs and wants.
While some area dealers are cutting back on staff and hours, we remain conveniently open five (5) days a week and we have not reduced our service staff. We have actually increased our staff to meet your needs in 2009.
We know that some area dealerships have or may close their doors this year, leaving customers looking for another dealer to handle warranty issues.
For the brands we carry, Flat Out will handle your warranty repairs on vehicles not purchased from us. We want to be your “Indianapolis dealer” even if you did not buy the vehicle here.
Going forward in these challenging economic times, our goal is to be the best service value for your hard-earned money!
We will continue to work as we have for nearly 15 years meeting your needs and hopefully exceeded your expectations, and to keep you riding and enjoying your Motorcycle, ATV or Utility Vehicle!
