"Matt and Luke not only knew what was wrong with my steering bearings and fixed it, but wisely suggested new pipes for my 'Max'. Now it rides smoother and faster, and sounds like a small block V8 ! ! "I had been looking to get a new helmet for this years riding season. I knew I wanted and Icon helmet, I had been to several motorcycle shops around central indiana looking for Icon helmets to try on and see how they fit. Every one I went to told me they didnt carry Icon brands. I finally had a friend tell me about flatout and that they carried Icon gear. So I made a trip there on March 24th. Got great help from Spencer Fetters at the Washington St location and ordered my helmet and got it on Friday the March 27th. They have very exellent sales staff and highly recommend this dealership."

One thing I liked about BB was being able to see what I spent or ordered on past purchases. I do like the services that you offer, one is being able to talk to Chris if a question arises. "Getting my bike into be serviced didn't happen as quickly as I would have liked, but realizing that you had to remove the engine to get to the problem made a quick repair difficult, however Bill Starkey made it more endurable with the loan of a bike so I could enjoy the Loop for Life ride. I must say that once the shop started they completed the repair very quickly and the bike now performs flawlessly. Thank you all "

"I was in the market for a 2008 hayabusa, and was ready to drive to michigan to get one. I then seen the ad that said flatout has them in stock!!!! I went in and talked to Brad he was very very helpful and honest. Came in the next day to do the paperwork. Went home that evening with my new BUSA and it was quick and easy!!!!

"A friend of mine had told me about how great his service was that he got from you guys. He actually had bought his bike from FlatOut and had a very nice transaction. I brought my 2005 Hayabusa in to Flatout motorcycles to get a service and some tires. I also had an electrical problem with it as well. The service department was extremely helpful through the whole process. Jeremy was the mechanic that worked on my bike and he did a great job. When I picked up my bike, he explained what he found with the electrical problem and also how he fixed it. Thanks to everyone at Flatout at I will be back for my next service!!"

" I was looking for a 2008 Suzuki B-King for a week and seeing what and who would deal with me and my trade in. The other dealers in the state wouldnt be straight with me on my trade and Greg, Rich, and Brad were excellent in handling my trade and what it was worth. Greg made some magic happen when my financing that I had pre approved fell through and actually got me financed at a MUCH lower rate than what I was originally financed for. Needless to say he went above and beyond in helping me get the bike of my dreams! Rich was excellent in helping me loads this much much bigger bike into my trailer. If he wasnt there to help I would have been fighting that bike for an hour to get it in my trailer. "my brother and i wanted bikes really bad. we when to a mail order shop got finance and the bikes were brought to my door but they tried to charge about 5 grand to much for the bikes between to two. my yongest bro was in the night before and the guys at flatout help him get on a better bike then he had well long story short he told then about us and what we were doing and they warned us about what this out of state dealer would do. so the next day my brother and i went in and they got us on better bikes alot cheaper they worked very hard for us and we are very grateful. great people great survice and they have me as a custermer for life. thanks to the staff love the bike and thanks for treating us right."

"I have been interested in bikes for many years but have never owned one myself, always borrowing off my dad or brother. Now...at 47 years old...what the hell, I thought to myself I,m just going to buy one. I've been investigating the Royal Star Tour Deluxe for about 2 years now and after spending a Saturday shopping around...needless to say...I ended up at Flat Out In Greenwood. "I came in to your shop after spending almost the entire day at your "competitor's shop" I knew exactly what I wished to purchase and I had the ability to pay cash. Should be a simple deal, right? From the time I walked into your store until I left was 1 hour, with 100% complete satisfaction. The price was right, the sales staff was fantastic, and wrapping up the paper work with Greg was a pleasure! The "competitor" was so determined to sell me items I did not wish to purchase they lost the entire sale. I will never buy accesories, etc. from any other dealer.
Mostly, thank you to the young man (so sorry, I don't know your name) who delivered my bike. It was pouring down rain on a Friday evening and I really wanted my brand-new bike for the weekend! He brought it to my home after he was technically off work, and he was so friendly and pleasant.
Also, I forgot one of my keys (my fault) and Greg overnighted my key to me. Thanks Greg.
